A. Grand Prize Finalist Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible to become one of the five hundred sixty (560) Grand Prize Finalists and participate in the Grand Prize Drawing, ticket holders must:

    a) Win and claim a “World Poker Tour™” prize pack in the official “$10,000,000 HOLD ’EM POKER®” instant ticket game AND be randomly selected by the Lottery from among other prize pack winners to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing.

    b) Provide the Lottery with his/her name, address, social security number and any other information required.

    c) Agree to personally appear at the Grand Prize Drawing or designate a “stand-in” in writing to represent him/her in the Grand Prize Drawing.

    d) Be at least 18 years of age.
  2. The 560 Grand Prize Finalists will be selected from among the field of 68,880 potential “World Poker Tour™” prize pack winners in the “$10,000,000 HOLD ’EM POKER®” instant ticket game. The Grand Prize Finalists will be selected as follows:

    a) During the course of the game, the Lottery will randomly select one Grand Prize Finalist from every 123 valid prize pack claims received.

    b) If less than 560 Grand Prize Finalists have been selected upon the announced end of game sales by the Lottery, the Lottery shall randomly fill the remaining slots from among all valid prize pack winners received, but not selected in the previous drawing.

    c) Odds of being selected as a Grand Prize Finalist are dependent upon the number of valid prize pack claims received during the “$10,000,000 HOLD ’EM POKER®” instant ticket game.
  3. The ticket submitted must have a WPT symbol (with WPT PCK) located in the “Your Numbers” section of the play area.
  4. The ticket must not have been reported lost or stolen.
  5. The ticket’s registration and “VOID IF REMOVED” number must correspond to the Lottery’s validation records and be one of the twenty (20) winning tickets listed on said validation records.
  6. The ticket must pass any other validation and/or security tests.
  7. A claim for a “World Poker Tour™” prize pack received during or after the Grand Prize Drawing, but within a year of the announced end of game, will result in fulfillment of the prize pack, but will not be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawings.
  8. A claim for a “World Poker Tour™” prize pack received more than a year after the announced end of game will not be eligible for payment.
  9. Prizes are not assignable.

B. Grand Prize Drawing Procedure:

  1. After the 560 Grand Prize Finalists have been randomly selected to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing, the Lottery will conduct a random drawing to award 560 bonus prizes.

  4. The time, date and location of the Grand Prize Drawing will be announced by the Lottery prior to the conclusion of the “$10,000,000 HOLD ‘EM POKER®” game.
  5. The Grand Prize Drawing shall be random and require no poker skill to participate.
  6. The drawing will either be broadcast on live television or conducted in the presence of witnesses, in addition to the 560 Grand Prize Finalists.
  7. At the time a Grand Prize Finalist is randomly drawn by the Lottery, each Grand Prize Finalist will be presented with a letter from the Lottery which, among other things, will notify that individual of his/her opening two card hand and other information about the Grand Prize Drawing.
  8. The Grand Prize Drawing shall consist of three elimination rounds, plus one championship round. The three elimination rounds will reduce the field of 560 Grand Prize Finalists to four (4). The championship round will determine the top prize winner from among the four remaining Grand Prize Finalists. Each round is specified in more detail below.

a) ELIMINATION ROUND 1:

a. Each of the 560 Grand Prize Finalists will be randomly assigned an opening hand consisting of one of seven sets of two cards. Each opening hand shall have an equal chance of winning. As an example, the opening hands for Elimination Round 1 Drawing shall appear as follows:

b. The seven opening hands shall be evenly distributed among the 560 Grand Prize Finalists resulting in seven (7) groups, each consisting of 80 Grand Prize Finalists. Each group of 80 Grand Prize Finalists shall have an equal chance of winning.

c. Prior to the start of the Elimination Round 1 Drawing, the Lottery drawing supervisor shall insert the five community cards into each of seven envelopes and seal the envelopes. The first four community cards inserted into each envelope shall be identical and consist of, as an example, the following:

d. The fifth community card inserted into each of the seven envelopes shall vary. For the Elimination Round 1 Drawing, one of the following cards, as an example, shall be placed into each of the seven envelopes:

5 of Diamonds
4 of Hearts
6 of Hearts

e. The Lottery drawing supervisor shall place the seven envelopes containing the community cards into a mixing drum and thoroughly mix the envelopes. The Lottery drawing supervisor will cause the first envelope to be drawn and marked as envelope one. The second envelope will be drawn and marked as envelope two. The process will be repeated until the seven envelopes have been drawn and marked.

f. The Lottery drawing supervisor will then insert individual balls numbered 1 through 7 into a lottery certified mixing machine. Each numbered ball represents a corresponding envelope. The drawing equipment will be activated by the Lottery drawing supervisor and the balls will be thoroughly mixed. One ball will be drawn. The number indicated on that ball will determine the envelope to be opened.

g. The envelope with the matching ball number will be opened and the five community cards will be revealed in the following order:
      i. The first three cards will be revealed simultaneously.
      ii. The fourth card will be revealed.
      iii. The fifth card will be revealed

h. The 560 Grand Prize Finalists will combine their two opening hand cards with the five community cards to make their best five card poker hand. The 80 Grand Prize Finalists holding the best poker hand move on to Elimination Round 2. The remaining 480 Grand Prize Finalists each win $2,000.

b) ELIMINATION ROUND 2: Each of the remaining 80 Grand Prize Finalists will be randomly assigned an opening hand consisting of one of five sets of two cards. Each opening hand shall have an equal chance of winning.

a. The five opening hands shall be evenly distributed among the 80 Grand Prize Finalists resulting in five (5) groups, each consisting of 16 Grand Prize Finalists. Each group of 16 Grand Prize Finalists shall have an equal chance of winning.

b. Prior to the start of the Elimination Round 2 Drawing, the Lottery drawing supervisor shall insert the five community cards into each of five envelopes and seal the envelopes. The first four community cards inserted into each envelope shall be identical.

c. The fifth community card inserted into each of the five envelopes shall vary.

d. The Lottery drawing supervisor shall place the five envelopes containing the community cards into a mixing drum and thoroughly mix the envelopes. The Lottery drawing supervisor will cause the first envelope to be drawn and marked as envelope one. The second envelope will be drawn and marked as envelope two. The process will be repeated until the five envelopes have been drawn and marked.

e. The Lottery drawing supervisor will then insert individual balls numbered 1 through 5 into a lottery certified mixing machine. Each numbered ball represents a corresponding envelope. The drawing equipment will be activated by the Lottery drawing supervisor and the balls will be thoroughly mixed. One ball will be drawn. The number indicated on that ball will determine the envelope to be opened.

f. The envelope with the matching ball number will be opened and the five community cards will be revealed in the following order:
      i. The first three cards will be revealed simultaneously.
      ii. The fourth card will be revealed.
      iii. The fifth card will be revealed

g. The 80 Grand Prize Finalists will combine their two opening hand cards with the five community cards to make their best five card poker hand. The 16 Grand Prize Finalists holding the best poker hand move on to Elimination Round 3. The remaining 64 Grand Prize Finalists each win $10,000.

c) ELIMINATION ROUND 3: Elimination Round 3 shall consist of four separate drawings. The 16 remaining Grand Prize Finalists shall be randomly divided into four equal groups of four.

a. The Grand Prize Finalists in “Group 1” will be randomly assigned an opening hand consisting of one of four sets of two cards. Each opening hand shall have an equal chance of winning.

b. Prior to the start of the drawing, the Lottery drawing supervisor shall insert the five community cards into each of four envelopes and seal the envelopes. The first four community cards inserted into each envelope shall be identical.

c. The fifth community card inserted into each of the four envelopes shall vary.

d. The Lottery drawing supervisor shall place the four envelopes containing the community cards into a mixing drum and thoroughly mix the envelopes. The Lottery drawing supervisor will cause the first envelope to be drawn and marked as envelope one. The second envelope will be drawn and marked as envelope two. The process will be repeated until the four envelopes have been drawn and marked.

e. The Lottery drawing supervisor will then insert individual balls numbered 1 through 4 into a lottery certified mixing machine. Each numbered ball represents a corresponding envelope. The drawing equipment will be activated by the Lottery drawing supervisor and the balls will be thoroughly mixed. One ball will be drawn. The number indicated on that ball will determine the envelope to be opened.

f. The envelope with the matching ball number will be opened and the five community cards will be revealed in the following order:
      i. The first three cards will be revealed simultaneously.
      ii. The fourth card will be revealed.
      iii. The fifth card will be revealed

g. The four Grand Prize Finalists in “Group 1” will combine their two opening hand cards with the five community cards to make their best five card poker hand. The one Grand Prize Finalist holding the best poker hand moves on to the Championship Round and is guaranteed a minimum prize of $1 million. The remaining three Grand Prize Finalists each win $50,000.

h. The process is repeated for “Group 2,” “Group 3” and “Group 4.”

d) CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND: The Championship Round shall consist of one (1) drawing.

a. The four remaining Grand Prize Finalists will be randomly assigned an opening hand consisting of one of four sets of two cards. Each opening hand shall have an equal chance of winning.

b. Prior to the start of the drawing, the Lottery drawing supervisor shall insert the five community cards into each of four envelopes and seal the envelopes. The first four community cards inserted into each envelope shall be identical.

c. The fifth community card inserted into each of the four envelopes shall vary.

d. The Lottery drawing supervisor shall place the four envelopes containing the community cards into a mixing drum and thoroughly mix the envelopes. The Lottery drawing supervisor will cause the first envelope to be drawn and marked as envelope one. The second envelope will be drawn and marked as envelope two. The process will be repeated until the four envelopes have been drawn and marked.

e. The Lottery drawing supervisor will then insert individual balls numbered 1 through 4 into a lottery certified mixing machine. Each numbered ball represents a corresponding envelope. The drawing equipment will be activated by the Lottery drawing supervisor and the balls will be thoroughly mixed. One ball will be drawn. The number indicated on that ball will determine the envelope to be opened.

f. The envelope with the matching ball number will be opened and the five community cards will be revealed in the following order:
      i. The first three cards will be revealed simultaneously.
      ii. The fourth card will be revealed.
      iii. The fifth card will be revealed

g. The four remaining Grand Prize Finalists will combine their two opening hand cards with the five community cards to make their best five card poker hand. The one Grand Prize Finalist holding the best poker hand wins the top prize of $10 million. The remaining three Grand Prize Finalists each win $1 million.
