• Take your winning ticket to any Mass Lottery Retailer for validation. You will receive a validation receipt for you to keep for your records.
• After your ticket has been validated as a winner, legibly print your name, address and telephone number on the back of the ticket. DO NOT USE A P.O. BOX NUMBER. PRIZES CAN ONLY BE DELIVERED TO STREET ADDRESSES.
• Using the redemption envelope that is attached to the $10,000,000 HOLD ‘EM POKER® game brochure found at Mass Lottery Retailer locations, indicate which one of the three prize packs (PRIZE PACK A, PRIZE PACK B or PRIZE PACK C) you wish to claim, by marking the appropriate prize box on the back of the redemption envelope.   • If you select PRIZE PACK A, note that you also have to indicate your choice of professional or folding table.
  • If you select PRIZE PACK C, note that you also have to indicate your choice of jacket type (mens’ or womens’), and your size preference (small, medium, large, extra large or double extra large)
  • Be sure to include all of the necessary information. If your claim information is incomplete, delivery of your prize pack could be delayed.
    

• Place your ticket in the envelope, affix the correct postage and put the envelope in the mail. Remember to hold onto your validation receipt – do not mail in the validation receipt.
• Your prize pack will be shipped via UPS to the address that you provided within 45 business days from the date that your ticket and prize selections are received.
