- Only one entry (3 non-winning New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP tickets) per
envelope.
- Entries should be mailed in the official New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP
Second Chance Drawing envelope, attached to the BETTY BOOP game brochure
and found at New Jersey Lottery Sales Agent locations, or any other envelope
that is no larger than a standard #10 business envelope (approximately 4 ½" by
9 ½" ). Envelopes larger in height and width will be disqualified.
Envelope must contain appropriate postage. Entries must be mailed to the following

Entries mailed to any address other than the drawing address are not eligible
to be included in any drawing.
