1. A total of ten (10) New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP Second Chance drawings will be held on or around the following dates: July 28, 2005; August 11, 2005; August 25, 2005; September 8, 2005; September 22, 2005; October 6, 2005; October 20, 2005; November 3, 2005; November 17, 2005; December 1, 2005.
2. In each of the 10 BETTY BOOP Second Chance Bonus drawings one (1) winner will be selected to receive the Home Entertainment Grand Prize, and one hundred sixty (160) winners will be selected to receive a BETTY BOOP Merchandise Prize Pack.
3. Three (3) non-winning New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP tickets constitute one (1) Second Chance Drawing entry. No other tickets may be used.
4. A player may enter as many times as they wish.
5. Entries are to be filed in one individual's name only.
6. All entries in a drawing, whether submitted through the mail or on the Internet, have an equal chance of winning a prize.
7. Prizes limited to one per person and/or household address and/or e-mail address per drawing.
8. Odds of winning any prize in any Second Chance Drawing will vary depending upon the number of entries received for the drawing.
9. Entries are eligible for one drawing only.
10. Entries submitted after the deadline for any drawing will be placed in the next subsequent drawing.
11. Entries received after the final November 24, 2005 entry deadline will not be eligible for any Second Chance Drawing prizes.
12. Grand Prize winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed by mail.
13. Merchandise prize pack winners will be notified by receipt of their prize via UPS. Allow four weeks for delivery.
14. If entry is via Internet, merchandise prize pack winners should follow the How To Claim Your Prize instructions below.
15. Winners' names and hometowns will be posted on the Lottery Bonus Zone BETTY BOOP Second Chance Game web site following the validation of winners after each drawing.
16. Only entries mailed and received at the New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP Second Chance Drawing address listed below and on the New Jersey BETTY BOOP instant ticket, or entries submitted at the Lottery Bonus Zone on the Internet are eligible. Entries received at any other address or website are not eligible.
17. Non-winning New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP lottery tickets that have been entered on the Internet are NOT eligible to be mailed in as entries. Non-winning New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP lottery tickets that have been mailed in as entries are not eligible to be entered on the Internet.
18. All drawing dates are subject to change based on ticket sales, distribution and claims.
19. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of Second Chance prizes, except as indicated in the prize description.

Internet Entry Rules

1. To be eligible to enter New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP Second Chance Drawings at this website, you must be registered as a New Jersey Lottery VIP Club Member with your name, street address, city, state and ZIP code, and a valid email address.
2. You must enter the ticket numbers from three (3) non-winning New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP instant tickets for each entry. The ticket number is the 12-digit number that is found on the bottom front of the ticket, and on the back of the ticket under the bar code. The first three digits of the number will always be "557" for the BETTY BOOP promotion and are already entered for you.
3. The number from any ticket may be entered only one time.
4. INTERNET PLAYERS MUST RETAIN THE TICKETS THEY SUBMIT AS PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZE SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AS WINNERS.
5. Internet winners of merchandise prize packs will be sent e-mails with prize claim instructions. Because e-mails are sometimes not deliverable for reasons beyond the control of the Lottery and its suppliers, Internet players should always check the WINNERS page after a drawing to see if they've won, and click here for prize claim instructions.
6. If your Internet entry is selected as a prize winner, you will be required within 30 days of the posting of the winners list to produce the tickets with the numbers that match the numbers that you entered. If you are unable to produce the tickets with the numbers you entered within the 30-day time limit, the prize will be awarded to an alternate, according to the Lottery's established drawing procedures.
7. The Internet entry deadline for each of the ten (10) BETTY BOOP Second Chance Drawings is Midnight Eastern Time on the night of the announced Entry Deadline.

Mail-In Entry Rules

1. Only one entry (3 non-winning New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP tickets) per envelope.
2. Entries should be mailed in the official New Jersey Lottery BETTY BOOP Second Chance Drawing envelope, attached to the BETTY BOOP game brochure and found at New Jersey Lottery Sales Agent locations, or any other envelope that is no larger than a standard #10 business envelope (approximately 4 ½" by 9 ½" ). Envelopes larger in height and width will be disqualified.

Prize Claim information for Internet Winners
